01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and tt8 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). This document governs your use of the tt8 website at https://tt8.ceo, the tt8 mobile app, and all related services provided by tt8.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active tt8 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. Balances in all duplicate accounts will also be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tt8 account password and login details. tt8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the tt8 platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activity under Malaysian law.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

• Sharing an account with another individual or using an account on behalf of someone else.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

4.2 Withdrawal

10 Liability Limits

Nothing in these Terms limits tt8's liability for gross negligence, wilful fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law. 11 Amendments to Terms
